I originally purchased this to help me sleep by spraying it on my feet. It works wonderfully for that. However, I recently strained my back and after about 5 days of using a heat pad, a back massager and pain relief ointment I got a little relief. But I remembered I had this spray and some Castor oil. What a game changer!!! I can’t believe how soon (about 15 minutes) after adding this spray and Castor oil to my routine I felt immediate relief. I wish I had remembered this spray sooner. I would not have suffered so long. This stuff is amazing!!! ! I am ordering more as I don’t want to ever run out.

Very good for sleep, makes me pass out in like 20 minutes. Does make your feet and hands feel dry because it’s sea salt water. The sea salt does crystallize in the spraying thing and I have to just pick it off and it work good again, just effects the outside of it tho not the inside bottle. Also idk if it’s just me but I think the salt is drying out my feet but also making them smell bad. Thank you for listening to my rant about my smelly feet, I recommend this product for a sleep aid

**EDIT: Seller reached out to me & informed me that they never used glass bottles & they aren’t sure why others left reviews mentioning that the bottle is glass. The product works good & appears to be good quality! I purchased glass bottles to store the spray in & I am content with that. I do recommend this product & I appreciate the seller updating the info & being completely honest about everything :)**

Unfortunately, this item is not available for return and I kind of see why now. I do not care for this product at all. It feels like water. There is no scent to it at all and it dries your feet might dry when coming off the beach. It is not a good feeling, and I do not enjoy this product. Unfortunately, I’m taking a loss here.

I found improvement in my sleep, while using it. It’s not up there with melatonin, but is more peaceful and relaxing. I spray on my feet ( clean) then rub in. Let feet air dry for 15-20 min. I spray 5 times per foot. I will buy again.
