I ordered this Eyelid Cleansing Spray for Children with 50 Cotton Rounds to use on myself rather than a child, although these would work perfectly on a child as well. I have sensitive, dry eyes that seem to always be irritated. To use this set, I removed one cotton pad from the package of 50 and sprayed two sprays of the solution onto the pad and then used the pad to gently wipe my eyes. Afterwards, my eyelids and eye area felt so clean and less sensitive. The solution is made from hypochlorous acid, which naturally has a light chlorine smell. The smell does not linger and will fade out as soon as the solution dries. The pads were lint free and did not leave any fibers behind on my skin. I would recommend this set for anyone, of any age, that wants a safe way to gently clean their eye areas.

I got this solution to use on my very old eyes, not on a baby. I have sensitive skin and very dry eyes. I use an eye gel before going to sleep and I wake up with eye crust.
The one thing that bothered me about this product is that it was not sealed. Given that it is a cleaning product, I’m hoping that any unclean elements flying around when it was manufactured and boxed did not have any effect on the solution.
I took a picture of the bottle with the label peeled back so I could see how much solution was in the bottle.
The solution smells faintly of bleach. It did not irritate my eyes.
There is a warning not to get it into your eyes, so I would think the safest way to apply it is to spray it on the pad before going near your eye. If you are using this on a baby heaven forbid if you tell your baby to close their eyes and just as you spray they open them!!!!

This cleansing spray comes in a cute, fully sealed box and the included cotton is soft and plush. I’m unsure about the product itself tho. I personally use a lid cleaner so am able to make a true comparison. Since I ordered this for a child with sensitive skin, I of course tested it on myself first. Now to be clear, there were no negative reactions or stinging, but I could feel that something had been applied to my lids. I’m not quite sure how to explain the sensation. Since I don’t feel anything with the brand targeting adults, I got worried and used my regular product to remove this one. That doesn’t mean this product isn’t great, but with being unsure, it is not something I will use on my child.

My daughter got a sty and I noticed her eyelids looked a bit inflamed so we started using this cleansing spray and within a matter of days, he eyes completely cleared up. The sty was gone and there was no more redness or swelling. You can spray it directly on the lids, just have them close their eyes or you can spray the cotton swabs they sent with it and wipe their eye kids that way. This formula doesn’t burn their eyes whatsoever! My daughter says its very refreshing and she felt like I was getting the gunk out that had been there for a long time. She said it felt very clean and just like something had been lifted off of her eyes. I get what she means and have had the same feeling of build up over time. As her mom, it feels good to provide every type of relief for her. I love this spray, we have made it a part of her routine when we wash her face and I imagine it’s something we will continue to use for some time. My boys don’t mind it either. I’ve tried it on my own eyes and can definitely see what she meant. It is very refreshing. I would definitely buy this again.
