O spray ajuda a acalmar o estresse diário e a suavizar a pele seca. É importante evitar áreas sensíveis do corpo, bem como partes recém-depiladas ou com cortes.

I am active physically. I weight train three (3) days/week, I bike, I swim, I do Pilates. Short answer, I know muscle soreness. Sure, the goal is to perform up to just before you would have muscle soreness, but delayed onset means you don’t know where that threshold is until later. I was interested in Magnesium spray to alleviate muscle soreness. I eat plenty of magnesium rich foods, so probably not in a deficiency state from my diet. I am also curious how magnesium spray, applied topically to sore muscles and joints, alleviates this. But I have seen the videos too, and always willing to try.
Leg day => I intentionally slightly overworked knowing I was inviting Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. Let’s put this stuff to work, and this is a good test. Squats and Deadlifts. A single pump sprayed and massaged into hamstrings with minor DOMS; two (2) hours later no perceptible relief.
I realize that different people get different benefits from supplements. This may work for you and not work for me. So far I have one (1) day, one (1) data point; stay tuned as I intend to continue using this and gaining (and sharing) experience.
Update – I have changed the paradigm of how I use this. The intent is to spray on aches-and-pain muscles and get relief. I have switched to a preventative use; after weight work I take a shower and spray on the specific muscles worked. why wait until DOMS the next day to seek relief? Why not anticipate and manage DOMS more than wait for DOMS to appear? Magnesium is part of recovery, so get it in there quicker – right?

This magnesium spray doesn’t not irritate the skin. It absorbs well and does not leave a sticky residue. I sprayed it on my sore low back and it eased the achiness immediately. I would recommend.

My husband has a tendency to pull a muscle in his hip that hurts through his back. I am pretty sure it is from leaning to one side, to compensate. We rub this in and use a massager and then his sticky pack so he can sleep without any pain.

I was super excited about this because I have been learning about the benefits of magnesium, but when it arrived it was almost empty because it had leaked. I did test a little bit of what was left and it seemed like a nice product. It feels a bit oily when first applied, but it absorbs well. I like that it is fragrance free and that it contains msm. It’s hard for me to really see the benefits of this since I couldn’t truly put it to the test.

Ordered this to deal with a muscle strain that I’m training in rehab. Was hoping for some pain relief, but yhe effects of the spray were minimal. I do like that it has no odor like other muscle relief products I’ve used.
It does spray on feeling slippery/oily (although there doesn’t appear to be any oil in it) and took a while to absorb. So it’s okay for minor relief but not for much more. Probably not going to be my go-to relief

I am not a workout person, but more highly stressed and everything is tense by the end of the day. I use this before I go to bed because I find it hard to relax. Normally, I can feel every muscle is tight even after actively trying to relax. I like there is no scent and it does seem to help with the tension. I rub this in mainly around my neck and shoulders. It’s a little oily, but I haven’t noticed any unusual affects to my super sensitive skin. I think it helps me sleep better and I’ll keep using it for now. I’m not sure if it’s the effects of the spray or the fact that I’m giving myself a gentle massage rubbing it in that is helping. I also found that this helps with flu aches and pains as I recently experienced. As long as it’s effective as just a muscle relaxer, I’m fine with that.

Just to get this out of the way…it feels oily, but it is not actually an oil.
I chose this particular magnesium oil because it was paired up with MSM. I figured if it was going to work, it had a better chance with both of them together.
This has no scent. It does feel oily when you first spray it on. It takes a moment to absorb after you rub it in. It leaves a slight residue on your skin, which I don’t mind when I’m just sitting at home. I have not personally experienced any itching or burning, but I know some do.
I do believe this works. At least it did for the awful tension headache I had. I sprayed this on my neck and temples and rubbed it in. I felt a marked improvement.
So far, I’m pleased with it.
I do think they should mention how much magnesium and MSM are in a certain volume of fluid and how much fluid is contained in a certain number of sprays so people have some sort of idea the amount of the ingredients they are using.

These are not well packaged my the manufacturer- there is nothing keeping the lid from loosening and spilling all over the package.
It comes wrapped in a sort of textured paper, inside a plastic bag. The paper was quite wet inside the bag, so I presume it leaked. It is a glass bottle, with a plastic sprayer cap.
I sprayed this on my sore feet and tried to rub it in, but it didn’t absorb very well and was a bit oily feeling (though I don’t see oil in the ingredients, I’m not sure why it remained shiny/slippery). It may have helped a bit with the soreness, but was hard to tell if it was that or me trying to massage it in.
