I got this for leg cramps. When I spray it on at night before I go to bed, I find that I do not get as many cramps. It also gives a good night’s sleep because I spray it on my soles as well and it is relaxing. I need to wipe it off after a while, since it leaves a sticky residue. I cannot imagine using it as a deodorant because of the sticky residue.

My massage lady has always recommended Epsom Salt baths after i have a massage, because it contains magnesium which helps with muscular aches and pains. I also have a Magnesium Gel, and a Magnesium cream.I recently started Physical Therapy with a guy who is a complete boot camp trainer, and my muscles were in pain the day after every session, he did not spare me, due to my advanced years, and deadlifting and squatting with weight was a regular thing, so i ached. My friend recommended magnesium spray, so i got this, and spray it on my legs, and I’d say it does help a little. I as also recommended to use it to spray on my feet at night, as i get really hot feet and they keep me awake. I can’t tell if it’s making a difference yet, but I’m sticking with it. I do believe it’s a handy remedy to have on hand though

I have used the magnesium sprays before they were never like this one. I like that it is pure magnesium without any additives and artificial fragrance but I should have read the name more carefully. It literally says ‘oil’ spray, and that what it is essentially is. I would say it feels more like oily water and it doesn’t get absorbed easily. I personally have not noticed a big difference from using or not using this product

I have been using Magnesium rub for aches and pains and wanted to try this pure Magnesium oil spray and I am very happy with the product, it seems to rub into the skins quicker that the rub and works great, this comes in a 2.02 Fl. Oz spray bottle.

This magnesium oil is great. It gave me a nice relaxing bath and felt good on my sore feet at the end of the day. It is rejuvenating.

This 2.0 fl oz Spray Bottle of Magnesium Oil arrived well-packaged and in good Condition. The Spray Mechanism works. The Oil feels oily but is easy to apply and soothes sore Muscles. I like the small Size of the Bottle, which makes it convenient to carry during Travel.

I saw so many videos on TikTok talking about this product. Now, I do not know if this product does everything the hype claims it does. I will say that after several days of usage, I see an improvement in dry skin on my heels and the bottom of my foot. I feel it is working due to it being absorbed into my skin. I used body oils in the past, and they just sat on the skin and never absorbed. This product has a much better absorption rate than most of the products I have used. After several days of using this product, my feet are looking good. My only regret is not taking before and after pictures, so you will have to take my word for it.
