This product definitely has a strong flavor to it. I did not find it a deal breaker and eventually got used to it. It does definitely tend to clump a lot, especially when getting down to the end of the canister. When I first started using this product, I noticed that it did seem to kick me into ketosis and that it seemed to intensify the level of ketosis once it was reached. I chose to reorder the product and continue using it. After about 6-8 weeks, I noticed that I wasn’t getting the same results despite measuring out all of my macros, exercising 5 times per week, and hydrating well. I’m not sure if there was a difference in quality between my first canister and the second, or if one simply stops spilling ketones once they are fully ketone-adapted. I’m on a new canister now and have consistently tested as either no ketones, or just below 0.5 mmol/L. At this point, I’m not sure if I will order another canister. I do not regret ordering the product and using it; I’m just not sure if it’s beneficial for me at this point moving forward.

Sports Research Keto Plus Exogenous Ketones has saved me money compared to some other leading ketone replacement drinks.
The fruit punch is a great flavor, only 20 calories, and mixed up easily.
I switched to this from the Pruvit packets due to cost and noticed no difference in results.
I prefer to use a water bottle, so it’s a bit of a process to get the product into the bottle, I use a sheet of paper folded in half to direct powder through the bottle neck.
Lastly, my experience is that all the added ketone products can act as a quick laxative. You have to gradually work up to daily amounts. And some days if you eat something wrong, or not at all, the ketones will be like taking a fast acting laxative.
Key is, this does what it’s supposed to do, at a more economical price than the leading products.

I decided to give this a try. The taste is better than most of these keto drinks. It will gas you if you don’t eat the right food combo. However, I noticed that it keeps me full so for that reason I will continue it. I have not noticed that it keeps me in ketosis as of yet. I have only been using for a week.

I have been looking for an alternative to the Pruvit Ketones for years, and this product is just as effective as the Pruvit brand.
Finally, a product that works just as well at Pruvit and costs a fortune less!! Whoohoo I’m so happy and excited to cancel my subscription with them.
I wasn’t expecting it to match the effectiveness since evoo tried before hasn’t work, but I get the high laser focus, energy, and curbs my appetite from sugar and carbs. The taste is amazing too, I usually add my ketones with sparkling water, it’s so refreshing and good.

既に何回かお世話になってるが、これを1日スプーン1杯摂取して、脂質8割の生活をすれば、大概2日以内にケトーシスにはいる（尿検査で確認）
もう1種類、別のサプリを使ったことがあるが、ケトーシスに入るのに数日以上かかり、効いてるのかわからない様なのもあったのと比べると、これは導入ブーストを体感できる。
味は人工甘味料って感じのラズベリーで、ケトン臭と相まって絶妙な味をしてるが、まあ普通に飲める、が美味しくはない、くらい。
水にはよく溶ける。

Save your money and buy anything else.
Quite expensive product, but also quite favourable reviews, so I decided to give it a try. My order soon arrived, and I was delighted by the refreshing taste of the product. That was, however, also the only delightful thing about it. After finishing half of the 20-day supply (the actual price per day is approx. $2.50), I had registered no effects whatsoever. No increased energy, no lowered appetite, no weight loss or fat burn, no ketosis. Nothing. However, on the lid of the container was a web address with an offer to try another of Sports Research’s products for free, so I thought I’d see if they had anything more effective. The first time I logged on to the web site, the system claimed that my Amazon order number wasn’t valid, so I decided to wait a few days to see if it was simply a matter of updating order numbers. It wasn’t. The second time I tried to log on, the website didn’t work at all. Quite brilliant. And after having finished the rest of the product, the results were the same as halfways; i.e. nothing. So I decided to check the return policy on Sports research’s website, only to discover that the return form didn’t work. So I tried their online chat. It may have worked; I’m not sure, but after quite a long time I received a message apologising for the inconvenience of a technical glitch, and would I please leave my email address so they could contact me? So I did, and seriously, I doubt I’ll ever hear from them again.

If Ketosis is your desired state then this product is a MUST. Taste great. Great bottle design. A cup of this and about 80-90 minutes of cardio is enough to get me into Ketosis again
