When you get to my age, in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle you MUST make sure at least 50% of the nutritional ingredients you put into your body are ones you cannot pronounce nor understand what they do. This supplement ticks all those boxes and more. With names like Bromelain and Nattokinase at first I thought it was a Key & Peele football team skit. A wise man once said ‘what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger’ -so far this product lives up to that.

Does it help or not? I take them regularly because they were recommended. Whether they work should probably be left up to scientific study. Peace of mind- yes.

Don’t make the mistake I did and take these before bed. I did that accidentally and I was up most of the night with boundless energy. Once I started taking them in the morning I’m happy with the results. I feel much better than when I drink coffee in the morning and the energy lasts many hours. These include caffeine from the Green Tea Extract and the natokinase, which is where that energy boost comes from.

Im taking this supplement to help my body detox spike proteins from the ‘safe and effective’ magic potion of 2021. Im hoping it helps me feel better and more like I did before taking the magic potion.

As some other reviews say, don’t take this closer to bedtime. It’s too much of a stimulant. I’ve been taking this for the last 5 months (along with other supplements), and at age 58, it’s been given me a good source of energy and focus throughout the day. I prefer the Tri version over the basic.
