This seems to be a good quality Spermidine so far.
– Capsules are easy to swallow
– No odd aftertaste or ill effects
– Price/Value is very good
– Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven’t seen the COA yet)
I haven’t had any problem taking these, but I’m only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I’ll revise my review accordingly.

I like that these are small, easy to swallow capsules, yet still provide a therapeutic amount of spermidine. Spermidine is fascinating stuff, well worth learning about. I’ll get again.

I bought this Spermidine supplement after reading all the hype about it helping with weight loss. Since I already eat like a nutritionist and work out like I’m training for the Olympics (90+ minutes a day, six days a week!), I figured this would be the magical ingredient to turn me into a lean, mean, calorie-burning machine.
Spoiler alert: It didn’t. If anything, the only thing I lost was the money I spent on this bottle. I kept waiting for my body to start shedding pounds naturally, but it seems like my metabolism didn’t get the memo. Maybe my body is just too stubborn, or maybe it’s already in peak condition and this supplement was like, “Nah, you’re good.”
I’ll give them credit for the tiny easy to swallow pills and third-party testing and all, but unfortunately, this one didn’t work for me. Maybe it’s just me, though. If your body actually listens to supplements, give it a try—but mine clearly isn’t taking orders!
