Frankly I have bought these and other brands and remain skeptical of posted reviews that claim 30 pounds weight loss in a month.
I have used for months, walked, fasted, consumed 50 % less calories and have experienced negligible weight loss. I am also a physician and the only way to lose weight is to stop eating to less than 1000 calories a day, walk 10,000 steps a day and drink 2 gallons of water. Stop all sweeteners and other OTC garbage. Buy no supplements on line. Consult a nutritionist. Most doctors take no courses in food health, nutrition or weight loss. It is in no medical curriculums. You know as much as the average MD. DO or PA or APN — unless they’ve acquired a Masters in Nutritional Science.
Just saying. Throw your money away if you like or take that $49 a month and have good salad, sushi, or basket of fresh fruit. Get you butt off the sofa and walk, swim or cycle.

Disclaimer – I actually enjoy the taste of apple cider vinegar. These gummies taste great, even if I didn’t feel like they helped I’d still eat them. I do notice that my cravings/hunger dropped a bit after I started using them though.

I went through 2 months of these to really give it a try. I didn’t lose any weight at all. They didn’t help make me regular. The only positive thing was the taste. I actually found them to taste good. I would not buy them again.

I ordered the two bottle ok to try for the tummy loss weight they proclaim as well as they wonderful taste. I will say they were fresh, fruity, & had a somewhat vinegar smell/taste to them. After a couple of days you were used to the taste. I had so hoped to see some weight loss or loss of inches in and around the tummy area, especially since I eat just the one meal a day when I work. However, as I finish up my 2nd bottle of gummies, I must say the scale or tape measure has not changed at all. I must say I am quite disappointed. Seems a bit strange when your directions were followed so closely.
I am therefore asking for the full two bottle replacement cost of the item as promised. The amount charged to my card was $18.10.
