I have used Ca-Rezz for many years as a chamois cream for cycling. It is effective for me for bike rides up to about 40 miles. For rides over 40 miles I use a more expensive brand. It works great. It doesn’t harm cycling shorts. The anti-bacterial properties are a big plus. Apply some to the affected body locations and also to the equivalent chamois location for best results.

This product is great, especially for those with limited mobility, as it seems to aid with encouraging good bacteria on the skin and keeping bad bacterias at bay. I mix it with a moisture barrier paste called Calmosetine, as it aids it in being able to be wiped off more easily, as I’m finding that petroleum based products seem to create unwanted moisture in my creases and folds. This cream is very light weight, as I also use it for a hand cream after washing my hands…
