These little bites provided me with the extra boost I needed for my workout. Kept me focused and proved effective. I tried one today after my workout instead of before and I could feel a difference. Definitely better before but I liked it right after as well to aid in recovery. Excited to have one before my Spartan race and one after this weekend!
The taste is good. Love that these contain all natural ingredients. Pretty much what I expected it to be after reading up on it. These are on the dense side, so warming a little before hand can help. But since it is only a small bite, much easier to get through than a protein bar.
Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. I think it could be better if it tasted more like honey and less like a chewable vitamin. The only downside for me.

I have found my new morning routine. Ok so the taste is different at first, a bit bitter, but after 3 or 4 days it actually starts to taste good, and you definitely can taste the fruit. I chew it with my morning coffee, and it seems to take away some of the bitterness. I waited a week so that I could give it enough time to do it’s thing, and I definitely can tell a difference. Nothing like caffeine, but I can feel throughout the day I don’t start to slump or wear down as much. This is not your average supplement even after the work day I still have enough energy to workout. I’m very excited to see how the next several weeks go. The company reps are very professional, and the price is just right. Looking forward to trying more of their products. Definitely would recommend!

I know some people said it tastes good. Umm, no it doesn’t. It tastes like stale bitter coffee. I think I may switch to pills next round. As far as how I feel, It’s been a week and i don’t feel any different. I may follow up on this comment after I finish the pack which would be a month of trial.

So as of today I have been taking Spartan Bee Bread every day for a week and the biggest thing I can see a difference in is my energy levels. I’m a competitive powerlifter with a high caffeine tolerance so before taking bee bread I was drinking 2-4 energy drinks a day along with pre workout. After taking this product I feel energized like never before. The taste the first time is a little off putting but trust me the more you take it the better it is. Eventually you start looking forward to having another. This is the biggest notice I’ve had after a full week of taking Spartan Bee Bread. I’m excited to see the results after I use the whole bag and will write an update when I do!

First of all, this product is awesome! I love the taste and the nice little energy kick it gives. I haven’t been using it for long, but I definitelly want to keep this on hand, especially for the days I’m feeling a little under the weather.
The texture is a little bit hard to chew at first, but disolves nicely as you go. It’s a natural product though, so it’s understandable, that there is not a lot that can be done about it, without compromising the ingredients, which are top notch, absolutely clean label! I will take a little bit harder texture over crappy ingredients for sure.
