Do your research. This is the best formulation and lab processing to maintain potency. It’s lab designed and tested. If you’re overcoming sickness, spend the extra few dollars, worth it. Easy to mix in milk, or water. Easy to digest. Has a milk like flavor to the powder already. To your health!!!!!

Simply stated: Take it on an empty stomach, mixed with water only. The two ideal times to take are, upon waking up, and before going to sleep, one time as a single dose, or as two doses divided per one day.
Notes: This is my third order of this great product, and only after this third order I realized how good and effective this product is. The reasons being on how and when to take it – as mentioned above.
For my first two orders, I used to mix this product with my grass-fed whey protein powder that I use for my post-workout shake, because of that, I’ve noticed like 2-5% effect out of it. But after reading some of the comments and replies from the customer support of this product (They are the best, by the way) I’ve noticed that they mentioned how to take the product properly – again, as mentioned above. So, I decided to give it a try, and it was worth it because I’ve noticed about a 25-30% difference.
So, here’s what you might experience with this product based on my experience with it, and my experience as a Natural Weight Lifter & Nutrition and Supplements Expert for more than 18 years:
1- Increase in immunity, or, feeling a stronger immune system (I said “feeling” because that’s the best proof in my opinion, and I passed the seasonal changes without getting sick at all, yeah, trust me, you will “feel” it).
2- Regular bowel movement (if you were irregular) and different stool, usually floating on water, which means that it contains more amount of fats and fat cells. Since I’m not consuming more fats, and my weight is slightly getting lower without losing any muscle mass, my best guess is that it is helping my body to get rid of toxins, which are mostly traped within fat cells in our bodies.
3- Minor weight loss without losing muscle tissues, the reason is mentioned in point 2.
Remember: these are my points based on my research and my experience with my own body. I strongly believe those effects will apply to any consumer, but, we all have different bodies and metabolism. But, it is definitely worth a try. I wish you all a Healthy Lifestyle forever.

I’ve been using the Colostrum LD products for over 9 weeks and I’m truly amazed at how they have “normalized” my GI issues — issues I’ve suffered for many years. I have both the powder and the capsules, but I think the powder is actually easier to use, because you need a lot of the capsules, eventually, to get an effective dosage.
At first, I experienced classic “die-off” reactions for a couple of days, which showed me the product was working. I contacted the manufacturer to be certain, and they validated my concern. So I continued taking it, using the smallest dose of the product over the first couple of weeks. I quickly adjusted, and started seeing great benefits for my digestive tract. I felt better after just three weeks, generally.
After 8 weeks, I wrote the company again and asked for suggestions on how to increase the dosage effectively and they responded almost immediately. Again, great customer service, which is essential for this type of product. I have successfully moved up to 1 tablespoon twice daily, and feel great. Benefits continue to show in my general health. What surprises me, though it probably makes sense, is how my mood has lifted and I simply feel more energetic and less tired. I always felt a bit “off” and exhausted, in the past, while struggling with gut issues. There’s definitely a gut-brain connection that modern medicine needs to address. This product helps a lot!

I just ordered this brand of Colostrum today for the first time. I have been taking Symbiotics for about six months and have seen incredible improvement in memory issues, brain fog, fatigue, gut health, muscle fatigue and pain as well as improved immune health. The weather is changing here in Upstate NY and usually I am very sick by now. I am going to give this brand a try mostly because of the research and devotion the owner has put into his product and in educating the world about Colostrum. What also caught my attention is the conversation he had here with another reviewer where he explained that he spends the money to take all the unnecessary fat out of the product. I feel as though I have gained weight on the Symbiotics brand and I’m wondering if it’s due to the fat content. I’ve read the reviews about how rude he is (and I did experience this as well). However, I contacted him on a Sunday via email and was shocked that he replied right away. It wasn’t until I pressed him for more information that I felt he got slightly short…who can blame him if he’s responding to emails on a Sunday! Anyway, I suspect this is a superior product than the Symbiotics (you get what you pay for, right?) and I appreciate Doug’s ColostrumTherapy.com website very much. For now, I’ve given it 5 stars just because of all the information that he has freely shared. Will write again once I get and use the product.
UPDATE: So I’ve reordered this for the 3rd time. It’s definitely a great product. I just wish they would make it in a more economical size. I take this regularly and have not gotten sick although I’ve been around several people with nasty colds. My husband has started to get sick twice now and has taken this immediately and not come down with anything. I’m really not sure if it’s better than the other brand I was ordering but I have noticed that I’m not gaining weight with this like I was with Symbiotics. Still think it’s five stars!
