This stuff might be fine for some, but I found I didn’t like it as I woke up groggy and dizzy from it. If I wanted a sleep hangover I’d get sleeping pills… money wasted here, afraid to take it again.

I have tried this product with or without Relora. It is a quality calming product, with some slight drowsiness depending on the amount. I have a pill cutter and I start with half a tablet; if I sense greater anxiety and rage, I take a full tablet. Its not Xanax but I find the lemon balm, magnesium and l theanine to be effective enough.

I quit taking xanax. When I took Xanax, I just got high, but I don’t with this. These work great and aren’t addictive. Maybe it really works like taking a sugar pill for pain! I read that GABA doesn’t cross the blood brain membrane and can’t work, but I think it’s hogwash. I’ve even quit taking it and my anxiety went way up.

Incredibly helpful product. Increases calm, increases my ability to read (otherwise sustained reading makes my brain feel tired) and helps me with constipation. To be specific (TMI alert), I now have multiple, regular bowel movements each day (the way it should be for the body). I feel calmer and lighter, just by taking two of these every evening.
I neglected to take these for several years and I will never do that again. These will now be a regular staple in my supplement and medication regimen.

El producto me gusta, no hay tema ahí. Pero que llegara fue un problema. Tuve que contactar a Amazon para que contactaran al vendedor y dijeron que ya había sido enviado, luego DHL me dijo q el vendedor nunca lo llevó a DHL y llegó 15 días tarde.

Pills are as long as the diameter of a quarter, and about 1/4″ thick. Tried splitting in half and still got a half stuck in my throat.
Had previously been using the Gaba Calm sublingual lozenges and those were good. I wanted to try these for the higher amount of gaba, and ltheanine and magnesium for sleep reasons. They do make you feel relaxed! However, I definitely will have to pulverize these in order to keep taking them.
