I‘be used this product some years ago with great success. Now that I’m older, I find that it is even more important and effective. As we age we don’t process as quickly and I find myself not thinking as clearly and not able to read and absorb the information like I used to. This is the best supplement I have taken to help clear brain fog.
I remember names, details, and generally communicate quicker and more effectively when I take this product. I do a lot of public speaking for my job and I don’t stumble over words at all when using this (whereas in a 40 minute presentation, I might have a minor stumble or two without it).
Here’s my one negative- when this bottle arrived, It wasn’t sealed. Not at the lid or inside the lid at the top. There were a few pieces of tape on the bottle covering a few things as well. Not sure I will purchase from this retailer unless I get an explanation.

I am livid! My husband has mixed Dementia (Alzheimer’s + vascular dementia) and was taking 1500 mg/day of Phosphatidyl Serine. I was giving him 5 capsules of the 300 mg. capsules/day. That’s a lot of pills — so when I saw 500 mg. capsules, I thought I would make his life easier by just giving him 3 capsules/day of the same dose — OR SO I THOUGHT! The Labels on this product are totally misleading and only after reading some of the reviews did I notice that the product only really contains 100 mg. of Phosphatidyl Serine/capsule and not 500 mg. This might explain why my husband has declined in cognition after being on this drastically reduced dose for awhile! I have since ordered the original Phosphatidyl Serine capsules containing 300 mg. and have to wait a bit to get it — and I’m waiting for authorization to return this product — which has to be authorized by the vendor — not Amazon. It might be a good product if you are taking it for weight loss and are OK with 100 mg./day — but not for what we needed it for — and the misleading label is NOT APPRECIATED!

I bought this to help clear me from the brain “fog” I have been operating under for awhile. Caffeine helps, but all stimulants raise my blood pressure, so I wanted something different. I combined the Phosphatidyl Serine with Phosphatidyl Choline, and have had noticeable results: My brain is clearer, I sleep better on a night-to-night basis, and my mood has improved.
I have also given this combination to my wife, who has long suffered from a feeling of lethargy, and she said that she also feels more alert and less tired.
These effects are subtle, but definitely noticeable!

It’s a lot cheaper, and the mg are higher. So far, it has met my expectations!
