These are great. The hard pills don’t seem to work for me. The chewables are by far the best but my son hates the taste. These seem to work great. Each caplet is only 3000 units so obviously adjust to your need.

This is the product – the only product – that works for me.
It is trial and error with these products, because you don’t really know which enzyme or enzymes your body lacks until you try the product that contains the right one(s).
When you find the right one, you know, because you can eat dairy again!
With other products, I got fair to no results, but with this one, I am fine.
The fact that a product works for you or does not doesn’t really mean it is a bad product, it just does not happen to contain whatever it is your body lacks.
If you have not had luck with drugstore brands or other products, give this one a try.

Our family’s go to dairy pill. Prefered as it has no bad/weird taste because it’s in capsule form. Works great!

This does the job for me, and it’s in vegan form. Unless i consume a LOT of dairy continuously; then nothing will stop digestive problems. Face it: we’re not evolved to consume bovine lactate!

This is the only lactase enzyme product that works for many severe lactose intolerances. As with many enzyme products, the “inactive” ingredients can affect the success of the product because they can inhibit or inactivate the “active” ingredient. This product works for two people who otherwise have serious intolerances. Obviously, it’s not a cure all — no one is eating pizza and ice cream — but Italian food with Parmesan, sandwiches prepared with butter, even small amounts of soft cheeses, have all been fine.
