Ran out of my usually Jarrow Lysine and grabbed this for me and my dad and got two bottles for about what I pay for the same amt of one. I use Lysine a lot as it helps my connective tissue and immune system as I have a connective tissue disorder. My dad is on a regimen I created for him and he is starting on Lysine and Proline with Vit C now along with the rest of his therapy I have him on. Lysine is a very important amino acid and I don’t like to be without it. Keep this stuff on your med shelf folks!

I have been using Lysine since the 80’s. It was supposed to be helpful after receiving too much sun when skiing. That was the popular skier opinion. Now I use it for sun over exposure when gardening or bicycling. It’s not a sunscreen, it’s more of a helpful cellular repair… that’s my opinion.

Helps my kitties post nasal drip/sneezing, but whew eee, they fart like dogs. 🐶🐶🐶💨. Not always, but when one is lying on back of sofa and I’m within breathing distance when they SBD, I make a beeline outside. But lysine reallydoes work for nasal/allergies. Just be prepared to bolt outside. 😹😹😹
