I’m over 50 and andropause is the male form of the female menopause. The difference from what can be read on the internet is andorpause is an extremely slow degeneration process. Most men compare their current lack of vitality to 10, 15+ years ago. Meaning if you are 50 and feel sluggish, this probably is true. “I remember when I was 32, I had so much more energy.” Andropause is an extremely slow degeneration process.
DIM helps tremedously by controlling good and bad estrogen. Instead of just reducing estron all together, it is describe as being able to reduce, control, remove bad estrogen and maintian what is basically good. Through this, testosterone is seen to increase and increase in energy is experienced.
This product price flucuates. What I purchased it for was pretty good. 1 cap is a serving. Awesome! Other Dim product are more that 1 cap per serving. I hate this. You but 90 caps, but 6 caps per serving. 6 caps = 15 servings.

DIM is an extract from brocolli. It acts as a catylst in the processing of estrogen. It makes the process aeorobic and you get a complete breakdown into the estrogen 2 form (the good estrogen). Otherwise the breakdown is anaeorbic and you don’t get a complete breakdown. So you get the estrogen 16 form (the bad estrogen). Since our modern world includes so many estrogen mimicers (plastics, pesticides, and hormones given to cows and cattle), most Americans have way to much estrogen. Older men who don’t make as much testosterene as they used to, can actually have more estrogen than their wives. A really nice benefit of the estrogen 2 form is that it bumps testosterene off receptor sites, and you get a lot free floating testosterene (with all the benefits you would expect). I strongly recommend this product for both men and women. Older men should take four tablets per day.

I’ve been taking this for a little more than 3 weeks, and I love it. The first week was rough, between headaches and extreme fatigue, but I expected some fall out when hormones are being affected. But after about 6 days, I started to feel fine. And after about 10, I started to feel so much more even and “normal” emotionally.
I’m going to be candid here: I tried it because my menstrual cycle had taken over my life. I’m 45 and had only about 5 days a month that were not dominated by anger, frustration, sadness, listlessness, fatigue, pain or some combination of those things. And my actual period was lasting 8+ days, very heavy and extremely painful, along with headaches and nausea. Certainly living up to the “monthly curse” description I’ve heard.
So far, I think this stuff is a miracle – this particular brand, because the dosing is less on others. My mood (and appetite for that matter) are so much more stable. SO MUCH MORE stable. Probably good to carve out a low-activity week to start this, but if my cycle description sounds familiar, you may want to try this. Or at least talk it over with your doctor.

I love this supplement it worked for me the very first week I took it. I have now been taking it for almost two months.Lets just say Im a better and happier person to be around. I have recommended and have bought it for other friend of mine. who are suffering from hormonal imbalance, they dont want to be on the bc pill or hormonal therapy that have caused them weight gain and unnecessary massive amount of acne.For me it suppressed my appetite and gave me energy, no mood swings, no cramps, no
breast pain, no heavy cycle, no more cold freezing feet. I started taking 2 in the am and 2pm for 4 days I was a zombie could not sleep. I realized it was the Dim. I cut back taking 2 a day I take it after I eat breakfast or after lunch never in the evening or at nite or in an empty stomach, it gave me an upset stomach, I believe because of the black pepper. Awesome product I cant believe I didnt know about it earlier in my life. The only downside of the product is the Soy. I wish it didnt came with it. But other than that excellent product.

This has been a total life changer. I have been on it for about a month and a half.
I believe that I am estrogen dominant. Of course no Dr told me this , but after much research I concluded that it was one of my biggest issues. For the last year I have had terribly painful periods, clotting, cystic breakouts on my chin and jawline, facial hair up the ying yang. I also magically put on 12 pounds much of which accumulated around my already slim waist.
I was trying to conceive and then the Dr found endometrial polyps, so I had an expensive surgery for that…
No one ever brought the possibility of Estrogen Dominance up to me.
I have healed myself with supplements and life style changes for other ailments in the past.
I have hashimotos and CFS.
After reading online about acne and DIM, thought I’d give it a try..
The polyps have not come back, my acne went away completely, facial hair has drastically decreased, and my muffin top is going away.

I can honestly say that I do not think that this is a placebo affect.
