I have been taking supplements for about 20 years and I have never had one not dissolve in my stomach or intestines,I take fish oil,vitamin D gel caps and other capsule and tablet forms of vitamins..this may sound gross but I have noticed these in my poop like 8 or 10 times since starting to take them. It’s the complete gelcap not dissolved at all. I have scooped them out of the toilet 3 times and they are complete,not dissolved at all. I know because I stuck a toothpick in them and they poped and the red astaxathin came out of all 3. They get real soft,but are not dissolving. So it’s pointless to even take these. I will have to buy another brand.

Source Naturals Astaxanthin is one of the best antioxidants we use. It is one of those vitamin/supplements that you can actually feel working.
We used to take an excellent little antioxidant-rich multivitamin before we stopped being able to find it. It was called Protegra and it had a similar effect in that your body could sense that it was working, giving you energy and keeping you healthy and this Astaxanthin is a lot like that.

I love Astaxanthin! I am one of those people who forgets to take vitamins — I swear, I can’t take the same ones more than two days in a row. Astaxanthin is one of them that provides a noticeable difference even when not taken daily. It helps with sunburns and dry skin in general. The makers of this brand sent me a fresh bottle that had no evidence of staleness and I’m very happy to have subscribed to it!

I have now been taking this for about ~ 2.5 years with zero side effects attributable to this product and this brand is one that I trust and use for other supplements that I take. I initially became interested in this substance because of it’s possible effect as an “internal sunscreen” but the benefits of this substance go far beyond that, so do some research and you will see what is attributable this this substance.
It’s hard to say exactly how I’ve benefited from this as I take about a dozen supplements, some of which may overlap, but it’s my firm belief that all these supplements create a synergy that offsets or mitigates many, if not all the negative effects that are created by free radicals, depletion of substances from our food supply, aging, etc. just as many RX’s can create a toxic cocktail of adverse health effects.
Also, be advised that some reports say this is “800 times stronger” than COQ10 but while both these substances may share some attributes they are vastly different in other ways so I’m not stopping my COQ10 supplementation and if anything they enhance each other in my opinion.

Fiquei impressionado com a rapidez com que o suplemento chegou. O produto em si parece estar me proporcionando uma boa quantidade de energia e clareza mental.
