I am on my third jar of Arthred and it works for me . My severe osteoarthritis ex-tennis-player knees now have no constant pain. I haven’t needed to take tylenol-arthritis in months. There is less knee-rattling, stronger nails and thicker hair. My doctor, who is a supplement skeptic, last week read the jar and said “it can’t do you harm, so if it works keep on doing it!” .

I have a torn meniscus, a torn ACL & arthritic spurs in my left knee for 12 years now. Good quality collagen with no weird taste. Have tried various ones, some taste burned, which is really awful. It’s best to mix it in water, but anything that has no sugar is OK, as the sugar will bind to the collagen and ruin it’s value. Really helped my painful knees feel much better. FYI, natural stuff takes time, so give it at least 2 weeks to help.

I’ve been told it takes up to 3 months before you feel any difference. I’ve only been taking it less than one month. So, ask me again around Janaury.

This product was recommended by my Chiropractor few years ago. Me and my mom use it for joint pain.One scoop in water, tea or juice in the morning is all you need to do. It is naturally derived so it doesn’t have any side effect(at least for us).It will take few weeks to feel the benefit from it. I stopped using it few times and the pain came back, so I went back on it. We absolutely love it and recommended and you can try different brands as well.

Years ago the MRI showed no cartilage left in either knee and surgeon was talking replacement. I was taking 200mg cellibrex for pain every day. Within 5 or 6 weeks I stopped taking pain pills and within a couple months the grinding stopped. Starting out I took two scoops a day in my cereal/oatmeal 4 or 5 days a week and years later I still use it maybe once a week. I have not had another MRI but know that the pain and grinding has been gone for years. Back to walking bird hunting and hiking with no knee brace or pain.
