The pills are large, so it can be a challenge to swallow if you’re not able to swallow larger capsules. I can tell this is working, there are health conditions improving that I was hoping would improve.

I usually love their products but this one seems spoiled or damaged.. each pill has a different color.. it just doesn’t look right. I contacted customer service and sent a picture but I still never got a refund!

Seemed to work for me. I felt as though I was sore for less days while I was taking this. Most days I eat a lot of protein so for me the difference was subtle. Though on days I did not have as much protein it really did seem to help. Perhaps for someone who does not get as much protein this may work better for.

I can no longer exchange item When opening the bottle all of the pills are crumbing and moist. BEWARE this product is inferior in quality and not refundable or return for change. Look at the photos and you will understand the disappointment.

I thought taking this would be a good substitute for previously suggested antidepressants, but I noticed no difference in mood, energy level, or anxiety. I took this for 2 months and felt no noticeable difference in anything. I’m sure there are benefits to immune system or other areas, but it did not do what I was hoping it would do. I wasn’t looking for a miracle drug, but based on prior reviews I thought this would take the edge off. I am disappointed, but I would recommend someone who is considering this to at least try it because everything works differently for everyone, especially when it comes to medication and supplements.

as a health educator I am aware of the things the body requires to function and the fact that most of us do not eat right. so my husband and I both take this supplement. have taken other aminos that cause stomach upsets, this one does not. has no bad taste or smell either. will purchase again. good amino products are hard to find.

I take GABA 750mg by Source Naturals for calmness and sleep. It is recommended that you not take a single amino too long by itself. So I add 1 Amino Day with my GABA when take it. I guess it is for balance. Also the rush that you get from the GABA when it first takes effect does not bother me. i have heard others like Min Tran better than GABA because of the rush that lasts only seconds. I don t think i do like MIN TRAN better.
