I started taking Soluna about 2 months ago and it has been great for keeping me regular and supporting overall detoxing and digestive health. I take maintenance dose of 2 pills each night before bed and usually experience a very easy and natural “clean out” each morning within about an hour of waking and drinking some water. PLEASE DRINK A LOT OF WATER WHILE USING. It can seriously hurt your kidneys if you are not hydrated and using this product (as with any medication that aids in digestion). Very natural results. A go-to supplement.

I just ordered the Detoxy and so I am reviewing it with only a day of use.
I tend to be sensitive to medications and supplements, so I decided to listen to myself and not take the 3 recommended capsules, but instead try one first.
I did wake up the following morning and had a bowel movement. Then again at midday, which is amazing for me! I’m lucky to experience one every other day. The only thing I didn’t like is that it made me feel nausea. Hoping it is only temporary, but can anyone confirm this?
