These work excellent for immunity. Purchased these after reading several studies on treatment paths for covid. The entire family is taking these with 5000iu of vitamin D daily. After reading about it I heard a doctor speak on vitamin D and covid on JRE. Unfortunately 3 of us did get sick but were better in 9 days or less – all 3 of us. Zinc stops the replication of viruses. Vitamin D is a hormone, not a vitamin, and works to protect your respiratory system as well as works on 100s of other pathways in the body. This zinc type (pico) is the best absorbed for humans and the brand Solgar is trusted. I can not recommend this enough for immunity.
