This stuff is ah-MAY-zing for small-joint pain! My hands and feet, fingers and toes respond very quickly, reducing arthritic pain and stiffness within half an hour to 45 minutes and for several hours, I take 2 capsules about 3 times a day. In addition, I take Gaia liquid extract of Turmeric in capsules to reduce inflammation, as well as help with discomfort in hips and shoulders. What a combo. These are gonna be lifetime supplements for me. I’m 76, need no meds, and am in excellent health — dratted arthritis now is held at bay with these two products.

I have problems with uric acid levels very high and adding this supplement helps me to lower my uric acid level. Which in turn helps me keep gout flare ups to a minimum. I had tried another product but found out very quickly it did not work as well as this product. I would go as far to say to those that indicate that cherries do not help gout should try this product. I take this product all the time and eat cherries fresh and frozen. I can not eat enough fresch or fozen cherries. This product provides and easier way to get the same supplement that I would get from eating cherries without forcing myself to over eat. My first flare up of gout was in 2010 I started taking this product for over 18 months then took something cheaper (Cherry Fruit Extract capsules) within two months I had multiple flare ups in multiple joints that I had to take prescription medication. So I went back to the tart cherry 1000 Mg capsules with in two weeks I am starting to feel better. I do not like taking medications, this product is helping me feel better and when I can I hope to stop taking the medication. I tell anyone who meantions to me they have gout to add this product as a dailey supplement to see if it helps them.

If you have not tried these capsules, you are SOOOO missing out. I take two a day and it has completely relieved the pain in my knees from osteo-arthritis. It is a natural anti-inflammatory and works better than ibuprofen without the stomach problems. Works great on headaches too. My hip replacement surgeon told me about tart cherry benefits and I have been delighted with the results. Look up the benefits of tart cherry extract on the internet and you will be very surprised at how good these work. Also better price via Amazon than any healthfood store I can find.

When you see the raves about a product, raves that go so far as to exclaim life-saving benefits it piques interest. I tried these capsules for a period of almost 6 months and my life was not saved. I have used Solgar products for years and always turn to them. This is a very good clean choice for tart cherry. There are so many brands out there spouting how they are miracle pills or miracle juice that costs big bucks and they claim their product will instantly cure you of all aches and pains. Well, the bottom line is this is a great product, much less expensive then the others, high quality and they are not high pitched selling you with grandiose claims.
My experience has taught me that we are all different, what works for one may not work for another. So listen to your body! Tart cherry can help some with aches and pains from arthritis and it also can help some with sleep issues . . But it will take some time. This is why the 2 pack bottle offer is so great. I am now towards the end of my first bottle of taking 2 pills a day and I now am slowing starting to feel a difference.
