My friend Elizabeth told me about this supplement and I will be eternally grateful to her. Elizabeth was a child product of a WWII concentration camp and went through an intense refeeding program when she was liberated. From that early experience she became very interested in foods and natural supplements for health and to cure conditions that modern medicine hadn’t or couldn’t. She saw the embarrassing bruises on my arms which just seemed to appear out of nowhere and told me I should take rutin. But she also told me that it would take a FULL YEAR to see its maximum effect. She was right, it took about 9-10 months before I really felt it was doing something but quickly thereafter I was amazed at the results. I was in my early 60s when I started taking it; I am 73 now and will never stop taking it. It cured both my bruising as well as the incredible thin skin that would tear if I bumped into a door frame or something similar. It works to strengthen connective tissue and as such can also help with things like hemorrhoids too. One final note: it’s not as if I don’t bruise, I do – but only in the way I did in my 30s and 40s.

I really haven’t had enough time to give it five stars; Solgar Rutin 500 mg, hasn’t been in my system that long. Perhaps after finishing off the entire bottle, I can give more feedback. However, in view of what I am experiencing, taking Solgar Rutin 500 mg, in addition to DiosVein, it is obvious that I am receiving benefit from both products. The prevailing aching that I had in my legs are diminishing. I will continue to use both until completely gone. Hopefully, then I will reorder.

In returning from a trip recently with a lot of sitting and standing at the airport and in cars, my ankles (especially my left) had about tripled in size. I am also on a medication that can cause edema as a side-effect, however my ankles had never been this puffy before. So, when I shared this issue with my mom she told me about Rutin. She gets another brand at Sprouts, but I ordered this one because Solgar is an excellent quality supplement that I have used for many years and the price was fabulous… I am ordering this product again, it is truly wonderful!

Update: two weeks after drinking rutin, I began to feel woozy and lightheaded. I read it was part of the side effects and that it was my body trying to adjust to the vitamin. I stopped drinking it for a week and began taking it once a day instead of twice. Since doing that, I do not feel lightheaded. My spider veins are gone, the pain from spider veins and restless leg gone! I’m 40 and I feel a huge difference drinking it and I’m drinking this stuff for the rest of my life.
Noticed a huge difference in my blood circulation on day 1. I have the beginning stages of spider veins, it’s painful and very uncomfortable. I also have restless leg and it feels like it resolved the issue! Who new I needed more vitamins to help! What a huge difference after taking rutin!

Por 9 meses, estive usando Rutin e vitamina C para controlar a doença de Schamberger (capilares vazando). Então, fui em uma viagem de negócios de 2 meses e fiquei sem Rutin com um mês restante. Não tinha certeza se faria diferença usar Rutin ou não, mas uau, que diferença fez! Quando fiquei sem Rutin, estava tendo sangramentos capilares diários que eram feios e coçavam muito. Assim que cheguei em casa, comecei a usar o Rutin novamente e em um dia meus sintomas melhoraram. Nunca quero ficar sem novamente.
Recomendo muito este produto para pessoas com vazamentos capilares e problemas circulatórios.
