I’ve been taking pycnoginol on and off for years. I’m 69 and recently had a coronary calcium score test and on a scale that begins with zero, my score was zero! I’m a carnivore and eat about 99% meat and fat with lots of beef, butter, bacon, and egg yolks.

Can’t say that I notice any difference taking them, but antioxidants are more insurance policy than pain killer. So I’ll review in another 40 years if I’m still here. I trust Solgar as an outstanding brand and buy their products where possible for the supplements that I take.
All told, I would say that Solgar’s Pycnogenol may decrease lactic acid buildup and pain associated with weightlifting. I sense a reduced soreness after a day of really aggressive lifting.

I have a long list of health issues that I won’t go into except to say that one of them includes a vein condition that causes a great deal of vein pain and flare ups of edema. The traditional treatment is steroids which comes with an entire package of new complications for me. THIS has been my redemption!!!! I have tried other companies, but Solgars has by far surpassed them all and has consistently helped me manage my symptoms. It’s definitely something I strongly recommend discussing with your doctor before self subscribing. Otherwise, I can’t say enough about it or express the level of difference it has made for me and it has been responsible for regaining a great deal of quality of life back for me.

I suffered with palpitations. After taking this product for one month I noticed a sugnificant difference and now after continuing to take for 6mobths they have completely gone! I also use them for my dad who had a benine irregular heart beat and it has helped to calme it down. Excellent product!
