This doesn’t have 4000% percent of anything, has good B12 and K. It also doesn’t have iron or calcium so they can go in the morning box with the thyroid meds.
We get enough iron in our diet and calcium supplements need to split up, anyhow. We take a calcium mulitmineral and fish oil with meals later in the day.

So disappointed. I would give ZERO stars if it’d let me. I ordered these vitamins and opened the box. The lid was loose and there was no seal on the bottle. And there’s no way to return them. All avenues are a dead end. Not happy.

Haven’t had a chance to use these vitamins for long, but have never had an issue with a Solgar product. One of the bottles did arrive broken. Though it was non refundable or replaceable, I was given a refund after submitting pics of the inside of the box. Awesome customer service.

I am taking these multi vitamins now. They are packed with a wonderful selection of vitamins. My hair seems to be growing faster with the biotin and my nails as well! It gives me a good feeling to my well being. I began taking their stress vitamins many years ago and they are fantastic! You really should try them. And best of all the company is located right here on Long Island!
Definitely a win win situation!
