When I was getting low on Lysine a few months ago, I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’m so happy I decided to check Amazon, where they had the 250/ct bottle. (The 100/count was the max I’d ever seen on shelves.)
Maybe it’s due to its anti-viral properties, but this amino acid is frequently sold out, so I’m happy to have it. Solgar uses capsules instead of the large tablets (horse pills lol), which are very difficult to swallow and don’t absorb as easily. For those finding even these capsules hard to swallow, remember that capsules, unlike tablets, float–so you have to put your head *forward* after taking a sip of liquid, instead of back. The capsule will float and will be easily swallowed.
