The plus is that it’s kosher but other than that I have no clue if it’s actually doing anything or not. Extra star for being kosher.

Good ingredients, only one capsule per day, don’t hurt my sensitive stomach even when I take it before breakfast in the morning. The price is ok too, it’s how much I usually pay for eye supplements.
I work a lot at the computer, the supplement helps my eyes feel less tired and dry at the end of the day.

This supplement contains ingredients that are known to support eye health, but after finishing the entire bottle, I haven’t noticed any significant change in how my eyes feel at the end of the day. For context, I spend several hours a day working on the computer.
Upon opening the bottle, you’ll notice a distinctive scent from the capsules, which is hard to describe but not unpleasant. The pills are small and easy to swallow.
Throughout my time taking this supplement, I did not experience any side effects.
In terms of value, if this product works for you, it could be worth the investment for the 30-day supply.

What you get – 30 digital defense supplements meant to help with eye strain (30 days supply at 2 a day).
Pros – The idea is good – especially for someone who uses a computer a lot as I do.
Cons – After taking a whole month I noticed absolutely zero difference at all. My eyes were still just as tired. I personally got more relief from the steam masks than from these.
Overall – as with all supplements I think it varies on a very personal basis – these just did not work for me.

As someone who spends a lot of time on the computer I noticed less headaches and also and easier transition from screen to real world. I just finished this entire bottle, and did not have a single bad side effect in that time. Smaller size pills that are easy to swallow.
