I’ve purchased this brand of vitamins previously so I knew this would be just as great as the others. I’m vegan and my b-12 levels can get pretty low if I don’t watch myself. Price is great for the amount you get it’s 59 servings per bottle. Although easy to swallow, taste is not that great. I thought I shook it well enough but maybe I didn’t because this tasted really odd to me like salty cough medicine lol. I’m still going to take it for the mix of vitamins it contains and I do really like the products overall. That’s the only thing I don’t like about but maybe next time I’ll mix it with something to help with the flavor. Overall great purchase and I will continue to buy!

I have a problem absorbing B12 & was having monthly injections privately which helped me a lot. My dad, when alive, had the same problem & had the injections via NHS.
Lately I was starting to wilt a week after my injection so decided to try this liquid with a plan to stop the injections altogether if possible. I have tried many different pills & capsules but nothing made any difference. My symptoms were extreme fatigue, feeling low, sleep problems over 40 years, ridges on nails, brown, mottled patches on face & other things which can be attributed to B12 deficiency.
I was due to have my injection two weeks ago & was feeling dreadful. I missed it & ordered Solgar liquid B12 & Bs. 7 days ago I started taking this: one dropper in the morning & one mid to late afternoon. I began feeling better after 2 days & will continue with this dose for at least a month so that my liver store of B12 is built up. I may then reduce to one dropperful.
One point to mention is that it is a good idea to clean your teeth a few minutes after taking it as it could cause slight teeth staining.
I’m so grateful to have found this liquid & so far can definitely recommend it. It has caused almost as effective results as the injections after only a week so I hope now that my pin-cushion & wilting with tiredness days are over! 🤸♀️

I got this to give me energy during the day as I’ve been in a slump lately due to the stress of job hunting. I’ve tried it twice, full dose. First, the taste is hideous. Even after brushing my teeth and gargling, it lingered. It’s a nasty, medicinal flavor that I found disgusting. My spouse tried it, as well. He didn’t mind the taste.
I know it absorbed well because about an hour later, I got extremely sleepy. I struggled the rest of the day to function even after drinking caffeine. My husband got a pleasant surge of energy without the jitters he gets from too much coffee. Odd.
I maybe sensitive to the high amount of B6 in this but not sure. However, I believe I’ve discovered my new sleep aid.
