I was having issues with long heavy periods. Seen my doctor and it was fibroids. This didnt cure my bleeding but it did reduce my bleeding. Definitely seek medical care if you need it, but this helped me until I could get medical treatment.

This Solaray product appears to have little to no fillers. The only “other ingredient” is the vegetable cellulose capsules and nothing else.
Compare the “other ingredients” of this bottle with other companies. The bottles of most other companies have miscellaneous ingredients such as Silica and Rice Powder along with the capsule ingredient.
Also I want to thank the company for being honest with this bottle. There is 320mg per pill. Other companies might label their bottle as 500 mg but it is actually 500mg per *2 capsules* and not one. Be careful with that.
Also: when I went to search for yarrow on amazon, solaray’s yarrow did not show as a result. I had to find it on google instead. This product definitely deserves to be in the top picks.

This is my second cycle since I started the supplement and I’m amazed. My cycle has reduced dramatically and I have absolutely no cramps. I usually have to rely heavily on OTC pain killers and a heating pad. I started taking it primarily to deal with abnormally heavy bleeding and that’s also improved beyond belief. I’ve been taking one or two pills a day for the most part. Sometimes a few more to help suppress mid cycle spotting. I’ve also been taking Vitex and Slow Flow. I would recommend this product to help with heavy bleeding and painful cramps. I usually don’t like discussing this topic but the reviews on Amazon have helped me immensely with this issue. My doctor made me feel like surgery was the only option and it isn’t.

While taking this product I feel very relaxed similar to a sedative which I love it is not as potent as another organic brand but still worth taking, I do recommend this product. 🙂

Listen I’ve been suffering from prolonged periods for almost 2 year off and on. This past year my periods have lasted months with heavy bleeding huge clots etc….. I started taking it when I got it in the mail I had my first regular period in months…. Hell years no heavy bleeding. I was almost scared because my period has never been normal.
