I have suffered with digestive issues for years. I have various food intolerance, a parasite and fungus overgrowth in the gut. Eating for me is no picnic. I avoid such an extensive list of food that it’s a daily stress for me. These have helped me tolerate some foods better. If I know Im going to indulge.
