i’ve used this product for over seven years. It has become a part of my general health regime that I really feel is a must for a 63 year old male. This product really works well. Just one capsule per day keeps your prostate healthy. I am 69 yo and my PSA is 1.2. With a free PSA of 0.4. That means very low probability of cancer.

Quite a few men like myself receive the diagnosis of “prostate cancer.”
I was terrified of the “C” word and enjoyed thoughts of mild foreboding.
I have many older friends in church who did not try to comfort or console me but rather stated, “welcome to the club! We’ve been waiting for you!”
“O.K., so I’m not special.”
I did have a friend at work who I always compared bone breaks, scar’s, and other maladies with. Naturally, he has it as well.
HE did however talk about this Pygeum and Palmetto blend he had been using for quite a while. On my return visit to the… doctor who does not check you with a tongue depressor, but instead goes around the other way,
I told him I wanted to try this stuff before Flomax. He laughed (I used the exact same brand as my friend because in the world of vitamins and natural supplements, cheaper is NOT always better).
Anyway, 3 months later, my PSA levels were within normal parameters and flo as well as sleeping through the night were normal. The doctor was upset that it worked.
The following year I was hit with another “C” word, this time it was the real thing! During all the various
treatments, I was not allowed to take any supplement and had to go on Flomax.
That was fine until I went into remission and tried to “get close” with my wife. The bedroom side effects of Flomax are horrific to men!
I went back on this stuff and have not looked back!

For me, this stuff is a Godsend and has no side effects!
I take 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 2 before bed. This dosage works best for me.

I was previously prescribed Flowmax and then later Proscar was added on account of prostrate problens that caused problems with urinating. These prescription medications worked for the intended purpose. However the Proscar eventually began affecting my libedo negatively and eventually caused ED problems. Then my urologist added Viagra for the ED but it is hideously expensive, not covered by insurance, and caused terrible headaches. Finally I decided to “stop the insanity” and look for a supplement that could take the place of the Proscar. After some research on the internet I found that Pygeum (in sufficient quantity) was a supplement that had a history of being good for prostrate problens with minimal side effects. I also read that Saw Palmetto was also effective in at least some men. So I tried this product which has both Pygeum and Saw Palmetto.
I kept taking the Flowmax and dropped the Proscar and added 2 capsules of this supplement in the morning and 2 in the evening. After taking it for a couple of weeks my prostate problems were still under control and I found my libedo was beginning to return to normal and the ED problems no longer required Viagra. This stuff is great! It enabled me to drop that emasculating medication Proscar, still have normal urination, and recover my libedo and ability to enjoy sex. With some medications the side effects are as bad or worse than the original symptoms! That’s when you need to see if you can find something else to help with the original symptoms instead of adding yet another Rx to treat the side effects of the prescriptions. I am no doctor or nutritionist, but I know my own body’s symptoms better than someone who sees me twice a year for 10 minutes at a time. And I can definitely say this works for me!
