    These pills I thought would work normally peppermint pills do my gut great! I even relax enough to sleep well at night however these pills give me indigestion that lasts all day and a upset stomach. I’m sad because the ingredients seemed promising. I’ll go back to peppermint leaf instead.

    I’ve had Crohn’s for 17 years. When you get to the point that nothing works anymore, you’ll take just about anything to find some relief.

    This isn’t a magic pill, it doesn’t stop all the pain and symptoms for me. But after taking it just once a day for a little over a week, I do notice a difference. There’s less cramping, and less urge to “go now”. No peppermint burps or heartburn, so the coating is doing its job.

    I’m so happy that these are finally available on Amazon! I got them from a random store about two years ago, and when they ran out, I couldn’t find them anywhere else. I have a severe gluten allergy, so I often have to treat my digestive system with peppermint oil and ginger pills when there’s a slight cross-contamination issue, and these do a wonderful job.

    With other pills (Looking at you Heather’s Tummy Care), I regularly get peppermint burps, which I don’t mind (If anything, my friends will be in awe of how fresh my breath always is), but indicates that the peppermint is not reaching my intestines — with these pills, I don’t get that at all. They also do a great job soothing my stomach when I need it.

    Beware: They are rather large and hard (as seen in the attached photo), so if you have a hard time swallowing big pills, be wary, but other than that, they are near perfect!

    Really helped calm my gut down and didn’t give heartburn or reflux. I take one first thing in am with a small sip of water and then wait an hr before eating drinking or taking other meds

    I have suffered from IBS for many years. My symptoms range from minor abdominal discomfort to really bad attacks lasting several days.
    Every time I see a GI all the tests come back normal, found this product by chance (searching for natural remedies on the internet) and went to my local health store and bought a bottle of these pills.
    After the 2nd pill all my symptoms just magically stopped. I’ve been taking one pill daily for about a year and I have not had any attacks anymore.
    I would definitely recommend this product to anybody that suffers from IBS with diarrhea, it works like magic.
    I also asked my GI about it and he said that peppermint oil will relax your GI track and will relieve a spastic colon.

    I have IBS. I was looking for a natural way to help with the symptoms. Who wants to take that medicine that they advertise on TV, it seems that it would give you more problems than the IBS or add to it. Well, peppermint oil works. I take 2 capsules at night when I’m watching TV before I go to sleep and it took 2 days for it to work on me. It has cut the discomfort down significantly. It is also very cheap on Amazon. I got the first Solray peppermint oil capsules at Whole Foods and it cost me nearly $10 more.
