Ok, I will admit to expecting miracles right off the bat when I take a supplement. Maybe not “miracles” but at least some sign that a supplement has potential; otherwise, I’m pretty much on to the next thing or nothing.
With the Prickly Pear capsule, purchased with Hemp oil capsule, I think it did help with the aches/pains of just…getting older. There! I said it!! Just turned 60 yrs old and still cannot believe it. Anyway, I don’t have anything negative to say about the product. When I was taking it consistently I think it did help. Problem is I tend to only take prescription medications consistently over the long term. Writing this review makes me realize I should go back to giving the product a real shot-with the Hemp oil capsule. Actually read about this combo on another customer’s review.

All my adult life, I’ve had problems with staying asleep at night, frequent trips to the BR day and night, and handling small amounts of alcohol sans hangover. Even one glass always nails me as I try to sleep that night, and the next day as well.

Got to love nopal to help regulate internal body heat temperatures in the hot Arizona dead of summer heat. I ordered this because I saw it on a tv show as a helpful fat loss aid. After I got it (which it came really fast) I was reading about it and saw people say that it’s good for preventing hangovers. So, normally I don’t drink because I dread the hangover. But it’s memorial weekend so I figured I’d have a few since I don’t have to work. Well I forgot about it Saturday night and had only 1 rather large drink, Sunday morn I had a nasty headache. Yuk! I bought this for the occasional night out ..I can’t seem to handle any amount of alcohol without feeling like garbage the next morning. I’ve tried this twice and had a few blackberry cosmos, and was surprised how peppy and not horrible I felt the next day! Will keep using. I ordered this product for my husband, because he experiences alot of pain in all his joints all the time, which of course makes him very uncomfortable. I bought this because I’d heard it really helps with hangovers and I have to say I definitely noticed a difference. I’d heard you should take it before you drink, and that worked well, but a few times I forgot to do that and I took it when I got home and that worked just as well, so I just take it afterwards now. I’m 46 and hangovers hurt more than they used to; this Prickly Pear extract definitely makes the morning after a little less painful!
