I have had allergy problems for many years. I take a daily tablet of Loratadine but it does not always work for me. I started using the Histamine Blend Sp-33 on an as needed basis and found that it really alleviates my symptoms within 15 minutes of taking a tablet. I take a single tablet when I first feel my symptoms increasing and then again when needed. Even on my most difficult days, 1 tablet every 8 hours coupled with the Loratadine solves my problem. Some days I do not have to take any. Excellent product.

Seemed to have cleared my nasal congestion issues but I have experienced some dizzy like activity since taking these pills. Maybe its related to the frequency of taking the pill. I tend to have very sensitive reactions with my nervous system when taking vitamins like this one.

I have found this product to be very effective, especially in the assistance of managing respiratory allergies. Here is a breakdown of their ingredients and what they are used for primarily:
Montmorillonite Clay- Great detoxifying, mineral rich clay
Horehound herb- used traditionally for respiratory ailments, digestion and for intestinal parasites. May interfere with iron absorption
Mullein herb- traditional treatment for respiratory problems, colic, GI bleeding and asthma, generally regarded as safe
Barberry herb- used for GI ailments and coughs, also for abdominal inflammation. Not to be used in pregnancy as it is a uterine stimulant.

This product has been a life saver for those of us who deal with allergies. I am giving it a four instead of five star review because I do not find it to be as effective for the GI symptoms as I do the respiratory ones, but I would highly recommend it.

This is my first choice for allergy season. It causes no drowsiness. Works fast. I also use it on beauty shop day when my hair is died because I always have itchy skin from the die. I know I should no longer die my hair….but hey. A girl has to do what a girl has to do. This takes care of my body’s reaction to the beauty shop chemicals.

A year ago I started a job where I had to use chemical cleaners (like windex) and within two days was having asthma so bad I was taking Benadryl all day long just to help. I suddenly became allergic to alcohol, and after a half glass of wine I could feel my throat closing. It was awful and I didnt know what was happening. Still skeptical but obviously aware I couldnt just take Benadryl and try not to fall asleep every day, I read the reviews about this and bought it. Within DAYS I was no longer having asthma attacks, and a week later I could have a glass of wine without any issues. My fiancé and I have been using it ever since, whenever seasonal allergies come around, like now. Definitely worth a try if you’re suffering from asthma from allergies, or just allergies in general!
