    I take two pills after lunch and the heartburn is a non issue.

    For the past 3 months nothing has been digesting not even, not even water. I would eat a cup of soup at 11 am and it would still sit in my stomach hours later, and it felt like i had a full course meal. resulting in my stomach shrinking because it felt so heavy, like i had college textbooks on my abdomen 24/7. Tried kombucha, apple cider vinegar, but still felt no movement in my stomach. Couldn’t handle protein, solid foods, meat or anything that wasn’t basically mushed up. once these came in i wanted to see how they’d put up with trigger foods, finally felt movement in my stomach. I take one with everything i consume even if it’s just water, just to keep movement going throughout the day. it’s only been a few days but overall im grateful this product exists, wish i knew about it sooner. Only complaint is they’re really big so i tend to choke on them sometimes

    If you have an autoimmune disorder or are on the Paleo or AIP diet‘s, this new formula is not for you. It’s FALSE ADVERTISING. The ingredients shown on the bottle in the picture and under the product description does not list rice flour as one of the ingredients. Once you receive the bottle, it lists rice flour as an ingredient. I couldn’t understand why I was having so much cramping and inflammation until I found out it had rice flour in it. Something that had always helped me was all of a sudden making me sicker. I am sure it’s totally fine for people with healthy immune systems. The old formula was the best!

    My only guess is the people saying it doesn’t work must have some kind of problem that is not about low stomach acid.

    I had low stomach acid and the result was any meal made me tired. I learned it wasn’t insulin resistance but low stomach acid and was told to try this. Glad I ordered from Amazon instead of the doctor (I saved about $20).

    The very first time I took a pill before a meal, I noticed that meal did not make me tired. It worked the very first time and every time after. Crazy to think all this time this was all I needed.

    Other benefits are better nutrition absorption, less food intolerance/allergy issues, better experiences on the toilet (if you thought you just have IBS, try this).

    I have had increasing digestion problems over several years,bloating and excessive flatulence. Immediately HCL with Pepsin began to resolve my problem. I started with 2 capsules and only increased one since I started my regimen . I take 3 capsules with my meals, not exceeding 12 capsules a day as recommended on the bottle.

    I have low stomach acid so I cannot eat things like raw nuts that are so good for you! I take this product before each meal and now I can eat nuts and other foods that are hard to digest! I have used this product for over a year and find it is easier to digest than other products!
