I went off this for awhile to see if it really was what was helping me. My pain started returning little by little. This stuff works! Within 2 days of going back on it, the aches in my joints disappeared again. I also have bone-on-bone knee pain and most days this product keeps me pain free, even when it rains! I’ve tried a few different varieties of the Osteo Biflex product, but this is far superior. My knee joint pain is gone! I ran out of these pills for a few days and I started feeling pain in my knees when going down stairs again.
Yes, there is a yellow, powdery residue on the pills and in the jar, but that is not a big deal. I pour 2 pills into my daily pill minder and never touch the pills. If I do touch a pill with my fingers, I just wash my hands afterward and the yellow residue is gone.
Bottom line, these pills give me complete relief from my joint pain when Osteo Biflex did not.

My husband and I are both prior fitness buffs. Sadly as time goes on, the body begins to show/feel the wear of all that working out. With that said, we both had tendinitis and substantial arthritis. Having had both knees replaced over 10 years ago, husband needed something to help with joint discomfort…. Far less than before the knee replacements but still, joint discomfort. These tablets do work and at an affordable price.

It works well but they are coated with a yellow dust. For weeks I noticed something was staining my clothes, my mouse, my cell phone. It took me a while to realize it’s these pills. Then I starting shaking them out of the jar and picking them up with a tissue. Still there is residue on the surface where I shake them out. I am going to try another brand and will buy these again if I can’t find another. Kind of a weird problem.

This product has met my expectations. I carefully read the reviews and decided to try it as I was in get pain from arthritis in my right hip. I honestly was one thought away from buying a cane and I even started to research hip replacement options. The pain was so severe that some days I would literally be in tears and started to become depressed because of my pain and limitation. Going to work everyday and walking up the stairs (train station) was a dreaded task. Also, I’m a dancing and I had to completely stop dancing because of the pain. I’ve been using glucosamine for years, never sure if it did anything or not. The scientific evidence is mixed. If it does work, glucosamine SULFATE is better than glucosamine HCL. But the sulfate is hard to find. The brand I bought previously on Amazon was no longer available.
I ran out about a month ago and a couple of weeks later had a major flare-up of arthritis pain in my knee. TWO DAYS after starting this version of glucosamine, my knee was 90% better. Amazing. I’m convinced.

I have been using this product for about 20 years and until about one year ago had no problem at all with it. It really helped my arthritic hands. However, the turmeric yellow coating is really gross. After handling the pill, my fingers are completely yellow and if I don’t scrub them everything I touch — Microwave, my clothing, etc — ends up with impossible to remove yellow stains. Unfortunately even though this has helped my arthritis I am going to have to look for another product without this horrible loose turmeric coating
