Great quality Stinging Nettle as a good price. I have purchased several of these over the past several months and take them daily. There is a wonderful amount of vitamins and minerals in nettle – which explains why it is the favorite herb of so many herbalists. This seller keeps them fresh in stock also, the manufactured date on the bottom was only a couple of months ago. WELL within the expiration date (3 years from now).

I was using this brand and ran out. So, while I was waiting for my order to arrive, I switched to my backup stock which was a different brand and was nettle root, not leaf. I am allergic to many environmental items. I have been on a daily allergy pill for 20+ years. Started having issues with my eyes drying out horribly. I started taking this as directed just 1 a day but saw no results for a month then I started taking double the dose and started seeing positive results.
The positives
So far it has helped me with my urination problems, like many have pointed out I started having a strong stream while urinating.
I have prostatitis and it has helped me with all the negatives that it brings, Erectile Disfunction being one of the negatives.

I have to take double the dose for it to work so the bottle only lasts a month.
Other than that this brand has thankfully worked for me.

I take one in the morning and one before bed to keep my seasonal allergies somewhat under control. It works just as well as Zyrtec without the nasty ingredients and withdrawal symptoms if you stop taking it. I also have pruritus and this really helps with that and eczema itching. I will always keep this in my medicine cabinet.

半年飲んだみた結果、アトピー と花粉症に効いてます。今年は花粉症に悩まされることもなく、甘いものや油物食べ過ぎて痒くなった時も、ネトルをすぐ飲むと30分程で痒みが治り、かなり便利で助かっています。
利尿作用があるそうなので、他のサプリ(プラセンタ、ビタミン剤)と一年程併用して、体質改善されたら、その後徐々に減らして、時々飲むくらいにして行こうかと思っています。サプリも肝臓には良くないというのもあります。
利尿作用については、体感的には余り感じません。カフェインの方が余程利尿作用を感じます。ただネットでの情報では利尿作用があると書かれていたので、念の為記載しておきます。
１回2カプセル1日3回飲んで１ヶ月分です。
ネトルの漢方名は蕁麻です。ネトルの生葉にはトゲがあり、それに触れると腫れることから、蕁麻疹という言葉が出来たようで、古くからある薬草です。
ネトルは部位によって作用が違い、こちらは葉の部分になります。ちなみに根は前立腺に作用するようです。
アレルギーへの抗ヒスタミン作用、フラボノイドのケルセチンが血液浄化作用があり、血圧降下、血糖値降下に効果があり、ビタミン、ミネラル、鉄分が豊富で、アレルギーと同じ自己免疫疾患のリューマチにも使用されるそうです。
