When I first ordered this product, I was really excited about how well I thought this product would work. However, after several weeks of taking one capsule per day, I didn’t really notice a huge difference. Some of my acne had cleared up a little bit, but not to the extent that I expected to see. I continued to get new breakouts, so I wasn’t extremely impressed. Although, any improvement is a good thing, and mine is pretty bad. Perhaps it will work better for other people.
My other main issue with this product is the way that the capsules are packaged. They’re just little clear capsules around Tumeric powder, and they don’t appear to be very secure. My entire bottle has a thin layer of powder on the inside, so it looks like some has been escaping.

It helps my arthritis, but I take 3 caps twice a day with meals. Also, take one as needed during the day. The best part is that it is mag stearate free!!! Not organic, but those organic, mag stearate free products are slow-release and pricey.

Turmerik is a natural anti-inflammatory. I have arthritic pain in a few areas of my body and my family doctor recommended that I give this a try. I was skeptical at first but figured I’d give it a try. I can honestly say that after taking it (300mg twice a day) for about a week and a half, I noticed a decrease in the pain that I usually had in those areas. I’ve been taking it now for about 5 weeks and it has helped a great deal in easing the pain. I highly recommend it but, as with any other supplement or prescription drug, always check with your doctor before taking it. Just because it’s sold over the counter doesn’t mean that it’s safe to take!

I really, really like the dosage and the capsule format this supplement comes in. Also, with Solaray, the price is reasonable enough that I can take it daily for an incremental amount of time. I will keep purchasing this product and recommend it to others…I am taking it for dementia and Alzheimer’s prevention, but it has also helped relieve joint inflammation in my ASIS (hip bones). It works for me, better than Aleve or other NSAIDS.
