Obviously, there are a ton of CoQ10 supplements available on the market today. What made this one stand out to me was the claim to “optimize absorption by 9x.” I don’t believe every claim that product manufacturers make, and neither should you. In this case however, I have faith in the claim because this product was tested and validated in a third-party laboratory. That’s what got me sold on Solaray. This supplement is also made in a GMP certified facility. Regarding the cost, the price is pretty average compared to many other supplements out there. I just like this one because it absorbs better.

The product is as described. I only take Solaray supplements because they are clinically proven to be effective. I have been taking this COQ10 for awhile and find it easy to digest with no issues. The package arrived wrapped in no unbroken seals. I was a little skeptical ordering supplements from Amazon, but there were no issues at all.

I delve into the absorption of supplements I take since this makes all the difference in effectivity. Having researched the Pubmed published literature on Solaray’s Polysorb capsulation technology, I feel reassured that their claims to 9X more absorption could be true. I take a wide range of supplements, and perhaps the only truly valid test would be to test my blood CoQ10 levels, which I haven’t done yet. If I do, I will update it here.

This supplement is easy to take, has no particular taste, and digests well. I haven’t had any negative side effects. It’s also from a very reputable brand I’ve used in the past, so that’s a plus.

I think most people if not all, especially with age should take CoQ10 as it decreases as we age. I have known and used Solarray products so I have some trust.

I generally like products from Solaray. This is my first CoQ10 from Solaray.
I’m on the Ketogenic Diet because I’m prediabetic. One of the additives to avoid in managing blood glucose is Maltodextrin because it’s basically like sugar.
I’m a label reader and I see Maltodextrin added to many processed food products, but I have never seen “potato Maltodextrin.”
I called and spoke to a Solaray representative who told me this particular additive is derived from potato products. So it’s a potato starch/engineered sugar additive.
I told the Solaray representative that I have chronic migraine disease and my doctor has advised me to avoid Maltodextrin because it’s a well known migraine trigger.
I also told the representative (politely) I avoid Maltodextrin because I am prediabetic.
The representative said it’s approximately 1-3 percent of the total product and it’s to aid the flow of the product in the manufacturing process.
I hoped the representative would tell me to return the unopened product for a refund since I am seeking to avoid Maltodextrin and/or “potato Maltodextrin.”
Silly me!
Please check the labels on Solaray products if you have sensitivities or allergies. I was very disappointed to see any kind of Maltodextrin added to a supplement like CoQ10.

I have been taking these CoQ-10 capsules for two weeks now and have had nothing but positive experiences. First, they contain double the amount of the CoQ-10 that my previous product had. Second, they are at least 1/3 the size of the previous brand which makes them so much easier to swallow. Last and most importantly, these are vegan-sourced and specially coated to assist with absorption. In general, supplements are only as good as the body can work with them. The bottle has a 30 day supply and my experience has been very positive for weeks so I would definitely recommend them.
