BEGIN WITH A COUPLE AND INCREASE AS NEEDED. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT, IF YOU DON’T TAKE ENOUGH, YOU WILL HAVE GAS OR MORE REFLUX OR DRY COUGH. IF YOU TAKE TOO MANY , YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY HAVE A “HOT SPOT” IN YOUR CHEST. DRINK WATER OR EAT A CRACKER OR SPELT PRETZEL AND CUT BACK ONE ENZYME NEXT MEAL. GREAT PRODUCT WHEN USED CORRECTLY!

    Unfortunately, the original formula was changed, and the new formula isn’t as potent as the old ingredients. I am on the market for a new brand.
