I can’t tell if it is a good product or not. It is one of those things you just take hoping it is doing something positive. What gets me is the smell. I believe it might be the outer capsules, but the pills smell like recycled plastic. It’s the same smell when you go to a cheap tool store and smell the rubber or plastic products. It’s had to keep down.

I have taken this for well over 10 years – maybe 15 years? I’m 54 and my eyes continue to slightly improve or stay the same every annual eye appointment. I can actually see my vision improve a couple hours after taking one. It’s minor – but I notice it. I take one per day in the morning. I did research and the ingredients are all spot-on for being good to your eyes according to doctors. Even my eye doctor approves. I wear the contacts you sleep in and change one a month – and have worn them for ~10 years without any complications. Wearing the long tern contacts can be tricky – but I’ve had no complications (knocking on wood ;-). I’m near sighted and with the contacts correcting it I have to sometimes wear reading glasses. Highly recommend this product.
