The quantity of potassium is almost insignificant, as a banana has approximately 358 – 422 mg of potassium. While these drops indicate the presence of potassium, it has no more than 99 mg per serving size. Nonetheless, this is a very good supplement to have a well-rounded amount of nutrients.

Contains magnesium, calcium and potassium , which each has a couple of different forms. Plus Vit D and zinc, in a glycerin strawberry base , so has a somewhat sweet taste. Put drops into water, juice, just about anything you want, even directly into your mouth , swish and swallow (the zinc will coat your throat too). I like the combo, so I don’t have to take each supplement separately, so is cost effective, and easy to administer.

It’s too soon to tell what effect this is having on my system, but it is a delicious way to get some vitamins & minerals. My one complaint is that the bottle says a dose is 2mL. However, the dropper only pulls up about .5 mL at a time, so I have to take four half-full droppers to get the full amount. It’s not difficult–just annoying. I’d recommend getting a better dropper. Also, I seem to be going through it much faster than what the bottle says for number of servings in the bottle (30). I’m below half, but i Haven’t even used it every day for 2 whole weeks yet. So, I’m not loving that. It tastes pretty good, but I’m not sure I’d actually buy the same thing again….at least not any time soon.

In addition to the Magnesium (5 different forms) they’ve included calcium, potassium, zinc & vitamin D3 – all in proper ratios with respect to each constituent to make a well rounded supplement.
I take magnesium daily as recommended by my physician, so I’m always looking for a good tasting, easy dosing method of delivery.
All of the constituents are mixed only with glycerine, purified water and organic strawberry for flavoring. It’s a sweet/tart flavor that is very easy to take.
I’m appreciative of the 60mL/2oz bottle, as it is a good value for the price point. The folks at SoftBear have gotten my attention with this formulation…I’ll be purchasing this again!

I’ve tried a lot of these Magnesium type supplements. Depending on the type of Magnesium, one may be in for a metallic surprise.
This is not that type of Magnesium thankfully. With that being said, I was pleasantly surprised to see a pink liquid that tasted delicious. It’s clearly a strawberry flavor. Not necessarily a natural, but it’s still nice.
This is good enough to take straight from the dropper. FYI on the dropper, it doesn’t pick up as much product as needed, but they don’t make the bottles. Maybe one day they will find a better supplier.
Just make sure to get a couple half filled droppers to cover the dosage.
It’s sweet with the strawberry flavor as previously mentioned and good enough to bypass putting in water unless you find it a little too sweet, a ounce will cut that for you.
I really like this and wasn’t expecting it to stand out, but I’d recommend it for the benefit of Magnesium.
It has a little potassium, but not enough to accomodate a daily recommended value. It likely has just enough to help with the absorption of the Magnesium because without it, you can’t get the benefits. Zinc and Vitamin D also help. They have thought this through and I appreciate that.

This tastes good. I really like the strawberry flavor they chose! And the list of ingredients, although in Lilliputian font, is quite comprehensive. It lists several different forms of all three electrolytes. There’s not a ton of potassium in here. It’s only 99 mg, which is a fairly common dosage, if small. But there’s 500 mg of five different types of magnesium and 300 mg from four different types of calcium, as well as 2.5 mg of zinc and some vitamin D.
That said, obviously I have no lab to verify what is truly in it, and there’s no website or company information listed anywhere on either box or a bottle. Mind you, that’s not that telling. Anybody can throw up a website in four seconds. However, this company sells the exact same supplement in gummy form on Amazon and it seems to be well reviewed, so please take that as you will. This is a good alternative for those who want their supplements with no sugar. As for me, it definitely seems to do what it promised to do. It’s easy to take and, again, has an excellent strawberry flavor.

This is definitely a much lower dose than Im used to, also it only is using one type of magnesium, however it does have calcium and that helps increase the absorption of magnesium so its got that going for it. This seems more like children dosing.
