So I feel like it’s important to clarify that the oil-based cleanser is the FIRST of a two-step process — like this is the traditional Korean skincare regimen where you need to do the oil-based AND THEN you use a cleanser. For the first step, the fragrance is super light, great at getting off water proof stuff (I regularly use waterproof mascara and eyeliner), and is THE PERFECT step before using a cleanser to make sure your face is super clean. The packaging came with a separate pump and bottle which was great for when I need to travel! LOVED it and can’t wait to get more next~

This cleansing oil is truly powerful yet gentle, making it a fantastic product. It effectively removes makeup and dead cells while conditioning the skin. After use, my skin feels completely restored, and I am genuinely impressed with the results.

Not bad! I don’t think there’s added fragrance which is nice, although I do smell some slight scent? Definitely need to use with a soapy cleanser afterwards/second cleanse though!!
This helps for peace of mind after more full face makeup and/or sunscreen days, I still by far think cleansing balms for 15-20 mins do more than cleansing oils though

I’m surprised no one has mentioned the oily residue that this leaves behind. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but I didn’t notice it at first until I saw the buildup underneath my nails. I use this on dry skin to breakdown makeup and sunscreen before adding water to emulsify and turn it milky. As I’m doing this I can visually see the film building under my nails, which is not something my current oil cleansers do. Because of that I strictly use this before hopping in the shower to make sure I’m rinsing this off completely. That being said, this does a really good job at removing even waterproof mascara and leaves a very nourished, not stripped feeling. This might be better for dry skin because of the film but it does wash off with a water cleanser. Overall, this works for double cleansing. I don’t recommend using this alone without following up with a foaming water based cleanser.

I’m quite pleased with this Korean cleansing oil. It removed all of my facial makeup effectively (I didn’t use it on my eyes) and really did not leave too much of an oily residue after rinsing it off. I did however, still double cleanse by using a gentle soap afterwards, as one usually does after using an oil cleanser. The trick is to really massage it into your face for 2-3 minutes to let the oil warm and penetrate your skin and pores. You should do this with all facial cleansers, even non-oil based ones, I promise you’ll start noticing a difference in your skin!

This oil cleanser is the best at taking off waterproof mascara without any hassle

I wear make up basically everyday so I’ve probably used pretty much every oil cleanser out there. This one by far is best at removing makeup! It’s super gentle and it doesn’t hurt even when it gets into my eyes. So I haven’t been using my eye makeup remover. I just use this one only to remove all the makeup. I have combination skin and this cleanser also cleanses the pores very well. But usually I wash my face again with a different type of cleanser to prevent some oil cleanser left on my face. I will def buy it again!

Very gentle and the skin but gets the job done. I liked that the pump comes separately. I use it before foam cleanser.
