    This is lip heaven! I apply this once or twice a week and gently scrub into my lips. This makes my lips super soft and brings them back to life! Very pleased with the product. A small jar has lasted me months!

    This Snow Lavender and Mint Sugar lip exfoliator was available to me through the Amazon Vine program. Snow is a company located in the USA that sells teeth whitening systems and mouth care products. This Snow lip exfoliator comes in a pretty container and the product is pretty, too. I had never used a lip exfoliator and was surprised to discover there were no instructions. However, I did find instructions on their website. You scoop a small amount of product using the lip applicator tool* and apply it to damp lips. Using your fingers, you gently massage in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and apply lip balm. It is recommended to use once or twice a week.

    As far as the exfoliating product itself, it is made with natural ingredients, including sugar, jojoba oil, coconut oil, beeswax, vitamin E and natural extracts. In addition, it is gluten-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free and phthalate-free. I have used it a couple of times. It can be a little challenging to get the exfoliator on the round applicator. When massaging it in circles on the lips, the grittiness of the exfoliator melts away. The product has a nice scent and flavor. (No, I didn’t eat it, but you can definitely taste it on your lips.) It did seem to help alleviate some of the dry skin on and immediately around my lips. The downside of this product is it is expensive, so I don’t know if I would actually buy it myself. This lip exfoliator is made in the USA. 3.5 stars

    *Note: I received the applicator tool, but it was packaged separately. I see another reviewer did not receive the applicator tool, so it is not clear to me if it is usually included or not.

    This is a great sugar lip scrub. It works really well, and man, it smells amazing, which I love and it makes me look forward to using. It is easy and doesn’t cause any discomfort, only really soft lips, which is critical in my book! This is such a cute little container, it would be great in a gift basket, or as a teacher gift, etc. I really like this one a lot!

    After considerable success with my first Snow product (the Maximum Strength Teeth Whitening Serum), I decided to firmly entrench myself in their ecosystem. Pretty much every product I received did its job, and then some — I can’t say enough good things about their toothpaste, whitening serum, mouthwash, and overnight lip treatment.

    And then, there’s this.

    Maybe my lips just aren’t bad enough to really need this, but I’ve not seen any sort of tangible improvement over the course of ~10 uses. It’s somehow overly-granular and simultaneously overly-oily at the same time. If I don’t use a facial cleanser soon after using the lip exfoliator, I end up with mouth acne on any area that I may have slightly overshot.

    Now, it’s certainly possible to tiptoe around the acne issue, but the question becomes “why?” — regardless of use, I’m not noticing an improvement in lip appearance, smoothness, or moisture.

    In my opinion, you can safely skip this one. Snow is a great brand, but their lip exfoliator is a dud. If you’re looking for improvement in your lip moisture and appearance, check out their overnight lip treatment instead, and don’t be fooled into thinking that using both will give you any sort of boost beyond what you’ll get from the balm alone.

    I contacted Amazon’s customer service about the missing exfoliator tool. All they did was send out a replacement scrub. Still No Exfoliator!!! I need someone from Snow to send me the exfoliator. I really like the scrub, however for the price it should definitely come with the exfoliator.

    So there are no instructions that come with it, so I had to refer back to the product descriptions page. Which is fine, but would be more convenient if it was print somewhere on the product. Anyways, it comes with the lip exfoliator and application tool. The tool is really cute and good quality as well. You basically take a little bit of the product using the round head of the tool and rub it onto your lips. The product is really gritty but feel great on the lips. There is no taste or scent to it and the products listed are great: sugar, jojoba oil, coconut oil, beeswax, vitamin E… I really like the product and look forward to using it on a regular basis! It leave my lips feeling a little tingly and smooth.
