I can smell just how fresh the ingredients are in this supplement. I usually take some sort of eye supplement, but have been taking a break for a month or so. I was happy to find a new eye supplement that has everything in it I’m used to. The lutein, lypocene, and zeaxanthin are grouped together as 35mg with lutein first. Hopefully it has at least 10mg of this important nutrient for eyes. The polyphenol blend of 600mg contains bilberry, green tea, grape seed, and quercetin. I appreciate that the added vitamin A is beta carotene, not retinol palmitate. This is made in an FDA registered facility and GMP certified. 2 capsules/day and a 30-day supply for a decent price. Recommended.

Every night I’m up late reading. It’s my job, I read a couple hundred pages of a book every night. I have been doing this for 30 years and recently my eyes have been telling me they need some help. My vision will blur after a few hours and I’m hoping this product will ameliorate some of the eye strain I’m enduring. I have tried the product and have not noticed any changes so far but these are early days and I’m hoping to get some relief by taking these capsules regularly. I’m guessing I won’t notice any positive changes initially but I do plan to stick with it and hopefully regular doses of this supplement will be beneficial. I’ll report back later.

This seems to be more complete than other eye/vision related supplements. There is a 35 mg carotenoid complex per 2 capsules. But it would be better though to know the breakdown on how much lutein or lycopene or zeaxanthin. There is also the polyphenol blend containing bilberry extract, another vision related nutrient. While I’m not ready to toss my eyeglasses just yet, I am comfortable in the knowledge that taking this is providing some support for my overall vision. 😉

Snap Eye Health’s eye supplement is similar to another eye product I have been taking, although that other one has astaxanthin as well and this one does not. But that’s okay because astaxanthin, while it does have some eye health benefits, is more of an overall antioxidant, so you could always take it separately via another supplement if you’d like to include it in your supplement regimen.
By taking these regularly, I find my eyes get less strained and tired, especially after long bouts at the computer, so it’s something I will continue to take regularly. I switched from my other brand to this one about 3 weeks ago and have continued to notice the same benefits I have been, so I can conclude that this is just as good, if not better, than the other.

This is a good eye health supplement. With Lutein, Zeaxanthin, herbs, and fruit extracts, it helps to create a healthy balance for the eyes to reduce inflammation response from stressors, has antioxidants, and nourishes the eyes. While taking the supplement I would say it did have a small effect reducing eye fatigue but needs to still be accompanied by healthy eye habits in order to complement the supplement or else will not make much difference. The capsules are large so may need to take with precaution. Also make sure to take with meal since it is a potent vitamin. I had taken it one time with minimal to no food and did not go well in my stomach. I felt nauseous and needed to eat immediately to take it away. Afterwards, I did not take unless had a good meal. I am not too comfortable with the price as it only provides a 30 day supply since there are 60 capsules with a serving size of 2 capsules a day. Overall I rate it a 3 star since it is good.
