Helped my neighbour throughout the holidays. She says its been effective and has given her so much energy to go through her busy days. She never forgets her Vitamins any more. Great taste and not too hard to chew and swallow. Gentle on the stomach, the size is fine and says she has seen some improvement in her skin but needs to continue taking them to be sure.

There is a distinctly vitamin taste to these but it’s not overpowering like some gummies. I had not seen that a single serving is 6 gummies before I bought or I probably wouldn’t have, but that’s entirely on me. I may repurchase if I see results.

These are my favorite gummies. I went through several brands, but this brand is the one I keep coming back to. They are high quality and provide one of the most complete sets of nutrients of all the brands. I will say these taste better than the ones with probiotics, but they do still have that metallic taste most gummy multivitamins have. The texture is delightfully gummy and they’re easy to chew and dissolve. In my opinion this is a great value for the money.

These organic gummies are not as chewy and delicious than the normal adults or women masters formula I took before. But it is good with the probiotics included that helps with my digestion nowadays. Bought it at a discount price with expiry in Jan 2022.
