I will say this product was worth the money and I’ve felt great using it but three pills for one dose is a lot which runs the supply down by a lot. I started off with the smallest dose and loving it up progressively and so far I’ve noticed some change over the couple months I’ve used this product. I would not expect crazy changes but it’s definitely worth the price and its quality is pretty good. I’ve drop a few pounds using this and one other product together.

I much prefer these to taking the straight up oil. Has a bit of a weird taste when you burp afterwards, but other than that I really like it!

The pills arrived quickly and are just as shown. The bottle was sealed and they are clear and easy to swallow. I have been taking the recommended dosage for a few days and I am getting terrible stomach cramps. I had to stop taking them. Since I have stopped taking them the cramping has stopped. This may not be the case for everyone and I have heard these are supposed to be beneficial.
