So, I don’t know if I didn’t give it enough time to work, but ever since I’ve tried it, i’ve been more tired than ever. I tested to see if it was or wasn’t the capsules so I stopped taking it and I haven’t been tired even though I only had about 6 hours of sleep today. I was more focused without it than taking it, so obviously I had to stop taking it. I saw good reviews from the others which is good, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me :(.

As a competitive chess player I have tried a lot of nootropics but nothing compares to this stuff. I can think a lot more clearly and remember positions a lot easier and I’ve only been taking them for a month now. I would highly recommend for anyone.

I better like it – I paid a bunch for this brain food in capsule form.
But honestly – I can’t tell a damn difference. I am still super ADD – not hyper, just can’t focus on anything boring or that takes longer than a few seconds to complete.
If results are what I need to give this a rating – I notice no results :-(.
If I want to feel good about using a product that SHOULD work – well – the packaging and the capsules are great quality – looks good on my file cabinet –
But – I really want results that I don’t have.
Sorry! Really wanted to take these for a while (which I have) an been able to notice any difference in my cognitive ability – or even short term focus.

This product honestly sharpened my mental functioning. In chronic pain from needing a hip replacement, and other conditions, but doctors’ remedy was to keep me on pain meds until surgery could be approved and scheduled by my HMO. Could not stay awake, could not retrieve thoughts properly, was a mental mess. Weaned myself off the drugs but left with impaired memory and other cognitive faults. Began taking this product, and before 15 days had elapsed, I noticed I was not mentally fatigued, was able to retrieve memories, speak thoughts clearly, retrieve words for common objects that had previously eluded me, and keep track of time. This is not an energy boost, but a cognitive clarifying experience. The pills, though large, slide easily down the throat, they have no aftertaste, no belching, no abdominal discomfort. I am so thankful I was drawn to this brand while browsing Amazon!

This solid BRAIN FOOD! Nothing to make me tweak or give me jitters, just clean daily brain nutrition. There’s nothing to hurt me, no stimulants, nothing to worry about taking too much off. This really is like eating salad/greens for the brain.
My clarity has been sharper, my memory has been better, my recall has been faster. It did take me 2 bottles, plus some days I take 3-4, but about 30 days later I’m feeling my mood is better and like my brain age reversed about 10 years or so.

I think different supplements that help memory help different people.
I had tried two different kinds of brain supplement, neither worked for me. The I saw these.
After several months of taking just one.. I did as they recommended take 2. I like to try thing slowly.
So 2 for several months. And noticed a change in my memory. My husband noticed also, so there ya go. Sometimes I really surprise the two of us with the things I recall.
