I bought this in November and started with 1 capsule daily. I noticed it worked immediately, I instantly felt the product working. It did suppress my appetite to where I could eat something small and feel perfectly fine. After some time of using the product I then upped my dose to 2 capsules daily.

I didn’t notice any major differences, but it did help my digestion along a little easier than normal. Nothing enough to really make me loyal to the supplement but enough that I noticed I’d taken it.

I got these for the probiotics, as well as the cleansing effects. So far, I can say they seem to be doing what they are supposed to do. They are easy to swallow, and I started with 1 per day as some other reviewers had recommended. This worked well for me and I would recommend this product.

This is a very good alternative to a liquid detox because there is no mixing and zero preparation time! The capsules are clear which makes it easy to see what I am taking. There is also no after taste. I really like that it includes psyllium husk powder and flaxseed powder because I have used these before. Aloe vera gel is another exceptional ingredient in this mixture! I drink lots of water with this detox supplement and throughout the day. It is important to stay very hydrated to help with the removal of toxins from the body and to support the cleansing detox agents. Sienna leaf, cascara sagrada bark and licorice root are superb additions! This mixture of supplements is just awesome! I still have some days left to complete the 15 day cycle, and I have already noticed a positive experience from this: less bloating! But, I know that this is just the beginning!

It’s works to help speed up my metabolism. Here’s some pros and cons:
Pros: speeds up my metabolism, my sleep is a lot better, all natural ingredients, and all safe ingredients! Instructions on bottle are clear!
Cons: gives cramps as well as pooping, a LOT, in which might be a pro for some. Not for those under 18 or pregnant or nursing women.
More info: don’t take on an empty stomach. Drink 8 ounces of water with the vitamins. Take 1 to start to test ur tolerance. Taking 2 to start on first may result in throwing up, or feeling sick. Also this item is the top reviewed bloat and metabolism vitamin on Amazon. Do not use if sick or allergic to any of the ingredients! Stop use if it causes extreme pains. Works for both boys and girls.

What a great all-natural cleanse! With any colon cleaner, you will have a lot of activity in your digestive system, so you MUST be ready for that. These however are much more mild than other cleanses, and i suspect that’s because these are all natural. It’s a slow starter, which I like. This is a good product.

I recieved Slimtox on time, which is always an added plus it seems. So thats good rating. I followed the instructions to begin with one capsule at bedtime with a full glass of h20, in order to verify my systems compatibility and tolerance to the product. The next morning there was no noticeable effects. That night I increased the intake to the recommended 2 capsules. Woke up with difficulty, but that may be work related, and notice looser stools which I expected as it is cleansing my system. Throughout the day I noticed I did not eat much, was hungry when I got home but didn’t snack throughout the day as I generally do. So it seems to be suppressing my appetite as well. Remaining on the reccomended dose day 3 has mirrored day 2. I am currently on day 4 of 14. There have been no major issues, however I still have difficulty waking and am fairly moody, apparantly, immediatley after waking. Which is not to common for me but being extra tired I can not rule out if it is work related or product related yet.. Expected more of a looser stool continues as does the appetite suppression. I will continue use of the product and update throughout my trial. As of today I would recommend trying the product but check the ingredients and make certain you are not allergic to the contents.
