I was hoping to find the old Slim Fast KETO powder but this is the closest thing I could find to it. It is the same taste as before and has even less carbs and less fat, so if you were looking to use this for keto, you really must balance your fat intake with other foods. Seems like a great meal replacement option and I’ve found it energizing when I drink it!

I bought the Chocolate flavor first which tastes good and gets thick after being refrigerated so its more filling…well I wanted to try a new flavor and went with this and big mistake…Firstly you get LESS product and a smaller scoop so when the milk/shake mix sat in the refrigerator it did not thicken so was not filling like the chocolate! Disappointed!! And the taste is very minimal and bland compared to the chocolate 🙁

I absolutely LOVE this SlimFast powder! I love that it’s low sugar and high protein. The chocolate is soooo delicious, it tastes like it should be a decadent treat. It is filling. Mostly I will make this for breakfast or lunch.
I blend it with non-sweet vanilla almond milk and a generous tablespoon of low sugar peanut butter. The best is with a honey roasted peanut butter that contains a small amount of more sugar. I put a layer of crushed ice on top and use my Ninja smoothie blender. Comes out perfect every time!!
If I want it more like a milk shake, I will stick my Ninja cup in the freezer for 10 minutes, and it’s so icy and thick.
I feel like I am enjoying a decadent dessert, but it’s guilt free!
